Verbal Abuse

Sexual Abuse

Sexual abuse in the workplace includes any type of unwanted sexual behaviour, such as sexual harassment, sexual assault, and rape. This can include unwanted sexual advances, touching, and other forms of sexual misconduct.

Psychological Abuse

Psychological abuse in the workplace includes any type of behaviour that is intended to harm an employee’s mental health or emotional well-being. This can include bullying, gaslighting, and manipulating employees. It can also include spreading rumours or gossip about employees or isolating them from their colleagues.

Discrimination

Discrimination includes any type of behaviour that is intended to treat employees differently based on their race, gender, age, sexual orientation, or other characteristics. This can include denying employees equal pay, promotions, or other opportunities, as well as subjecting them to harassment or other forms of abuse.
